Please use our HIPAA-compliant, interactive and secure Patient Portal to complete intake forms, communicate directly with us, view results and access your medical records.
Initial Visits with our doctors and acupuncturist are lengthy (60-90 minutes). This allows us to review your history in detail and understand your personal challenges and goals.
For most visits, we are a direct-pay practice. We offer payment plans and packages for some services. Payment can be made with a flexible spending account (FSA), health care savings account (HCSA), check, or credit/debit card. We can provide you with a detailed invoice submittable to insurance plans with “out-of-network” benefits.

The first 3mo supply includes a starter bottle and a virtual visit with me to go over how to do the drops. I also prescribe an Epi pen for safety precautions (which I go over with pts at the instructional visit).
I typically recommend follow up post SLIT initiation at 6wks, 3mo, 6mo, and 12mo. I typically recommend re-testing at 12mo to determine effectiveness and to check if formula needs to be changed.

An initial Ayurvedic assessment will help to identify your body type, also known as Dosha, along with identifying imbalances within the body and mind.
Ayurvedic treatments are helpful in reducing inflammation, disease and imbalances while helping people learn more about how the body works, certains foods, herbs, diet and daily activities that work best for your body type.
Works well in conjunction with Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and Allergy treatment. Ayurvedic treatments can help enhance improvement of these other treatments.
Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to charge 50% of the visit fee for less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation or for missed appointments.
