OMT(Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy)

This is a hands-on treatment approach taught as part of Dr. Afridi’s medical training. This approach can be done on any part of the body: head, nose, ears, neck, shoulders, fingers, wrists, elbows, ribs, upper back, lower back, tailbone, pelvis, hips, knees, ankles, feet, etc. If it is a part of your body it can be treated!
It can specifically be used for pain such as menstrual cramps, earache, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, and low back pain.
OMT is appropriate for all ages, backgrounds, and health statuses, and may even be used during pregnancy.
Benefits may include reduction of pain or discomfort, decreased use of oral pain meds, increased range of motion, and increased exercise tolerance.
The treatment involves laying comfortably with clothes on while the targeted areas are gently released through hands-on techniques. The goal of the session is to release areas of tension and pain while helping the body toward optimal alignment.
Pricing: $200/ 1hr session
Monthly Membership: $300/month for two 1hr sessions
